1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal contract between bosscuci ("Platform", "we") and every individual ("User", "you") who accesses or uses the services provided on the bosscuci.onl website. This Agreement governs the entire usage relationship including account registration, financial transactions, participation in games, and communication with the support team.

By clicking the "Register", "I Agree" button, or by simply continuing to use the bosscuci website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all provisions in these Terms and Conditions. 2. User Eligibility

To register and use bosscuci services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

bosscuci reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts unable to verify age eligibility will be suspended until the verification process is complete. If age fraud is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all funds withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account at bosscuci at any one time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, including using different devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed.

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information including your full name, date of birth, identity card number (MyKad or passport), active email address, and mobile phone number.
• Update your account information if any changes occur without undue delay.
• Keep your account password confidential and not share it with any third party.
• Notify bosscuci immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

bosscuci is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to protect their login information. All activity that occurs on your account prior to a report being made is entirely your responsibility.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

bosscuci supports a range of recognised payment methods for the Malaysian market. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Online banking via FPX (selected banks)
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH

Transaction conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction regardless of payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 30 minutes and 3 hours once the request is approved.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to identity verification.
• bosscuci reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal for fraud prevention purposes.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

bosscuci offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions that must be met before withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is permitted.

Welcome Bonus:

• bosscuci gives a welcome bonus of 120% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Wagering required: RM120 × 10 = RM1,200.
• Another example: Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM1,000 → Account balance RM2,800 → Wagering required: RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

General bonus rules:

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per user, payment method, device, or IP address.
• bosscuci reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through fraud, system exploitation, or collusion with other users.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• bosscuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion with reasonable notice.

6. Game Rules and Integrity

All games available at bosscuci — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, and sic bo — are operated according to their respective rules. Game outcomes are determined by a fair random number system (RNG) or by actual events for sports betting.

• Players are prohibited from using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to access or play games.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the games is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the bosscuci system's decision is final, subject to a fair investigation.
• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system.
• bosscuci reserves the right to void bets and refund funds in the event of significant technical disruptions or market data errors.

Users suspected of collusion, odds manipulation, or involvement in any fraudulent activity will be subject to a full investigation. If fraud is confirmed, all winnings will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

7. Account Termination and Suspension

bosscuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The user violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The registration information provided is found to be false or inaccurate.
• There is suspicious activity or potential involvement in money laundering.
• The user is under 21 years of age.
• The user voluntarily requests self-exclusion through the responsible gambling programme.
• Regulatory oversight requirements or instructions from authorities necessitate such action.

Users may also voluntarily close their account by contacting bosscuci customer support via live chat or email. Any remaining balance after all conditions have been met will be returned via the original payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bosscuci shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by users as a result of participation in games or betting.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party technical failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Losses arising from a user's failure to protect their account login credentials.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

By continuing to use the bosscuci platform after changes to the terms take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you must stop using the platform and close your account by contacting our customer support.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the dispute may be referred to an independent arbitration body recognised by bosscuci's licensing authority.
